I am learning SSIS. I really beg ur pardon if my question silly. why ETL is use? there data in many form like data in excel,flat file,oracle. Using ETL retrieving it directly load to OLTP or in OLAP. how this process works in real time? cube is created from OLTP then ETL retrieved data should stored in OLTP and Cube create from OLTP.
is my concept clear. i am learning please sorry for asking silly question (if you feel so but for me it's important question)
